Coaching
What is coaching?
Coaching supports individuals and organisations to:
  • solve problems; 
  • reach goals;
  • design a plan of action; and to
  • make decisions.
 A coach “stays with” (ie. coaches) their coachee to: 
  • implement the plan of action, working through the inevitable changes and any obstacles;
  • maintain a healthy balance between their personal and professional life;
  • keep looking ahead to take advantage of opportunities that may be formulating; and to
  • bring out their personal best, keeping focused on the coachees needs, values, and vision.

Types of coaching
  • Transition and Career Coaching: facilitating the development of clear, action-oriented plans for career change and/or progression;
  • Executive and Management Coaching: working with senior leaders to develop their best self to achieve their goals and objectives in an ever-increasingly demanding business environment;  and
  • Personal Effectiveness Coaching: supporting individuals and managers to deliver their business objectives beyond expectation while balancing professional demands, team management and personal commitments.

Elite Evolve coaching packages
  • 8 sessions package, scheduled over 2-3 months
  • 12 sessions package, scheduled over 4-6 months
  • 24 sessions package, scheduled over 7-10 months

Projects, group and team coaching options are available upon request.
